Pops and “THE GANG” is a dream come true for Pops after
being behind the scenes for over 18 years helping local talent,
other bands and providing sound.
“I wanted to get back on stage one more time to record a DVD to
put away for the grandkids, so they will understand that it's
never too late to get back up there and “JAM” says, Pops.
The project was blessed by the gathering of some of the best
musicians in the bay area. We believe that age has no
boundaries and diversity is “THE KEY” to success. Everyone
from Jake and Michelle, now launching their adult careers, to
the musicians that have played on stage for decades, found that
this project was too much fun. So, “THE GANG” has decided to
keep it going and use it as a launching pad for local talent, but
most of all to create an atmosphere of fun and good music for
all. The members of Pops and “THE GANG” are dedicated to
JVD Productions slogan, “BANDS helping BANDS. Please take a
minute. to join the JVD music community and we will e-mail you
the next time we will be on stage. We are also working on
putting together a monthly newsletter SPOT LIGHTING
Bands/talent that are a MUST SEE. I'd like to thank everyone in
this music family for all of their hard work and dedication.
